During the first phase of the project, Cristóbal Undurraga, winemaker and viticulterer, has analyzed the different micro terroirs present in Los Lingues. Based on the results of this study, the wines born from these terroirs are Cabernet Sauvignons, Carmeneres, Syrahs and Malbecs.
After a hand harvest, the grapes are fermented making sure that the freshness and elegancy is maintained. This process is followed by a careful aging in French oak.
Our wines show a style which is elegant, fresh and of a good structure, together with a good balance between oak and fruit. Koyle wines have a good concentration and acidity and show notes proper of the Los Lingues terroir, making them unique.
