Soil AUMA vines grow over deep basaltic rocky soils with very low fertility and high mineral concentration, less than 5% clay, who naturally produces low yields per vine.
Vinification and fermentation All lots of grapes fermented in 600L barrels, which roll over its rack. Temperature between 20° to 22°C.
Aging Each variety aged in 225L barrels for 24 months. After this, they are all blended into concrete eggs for another 9 months.
