Density of plants From 8000 to 12500 vines/ha.
Harvest date and method  - Monastrell, second half of April. - Grenache, second half of March. - Carignan, middle April. - Syrah, late March.
Soil Basaltic bed rock, high in minerals like iron, magnesium and calcium.
Vinification and fermentation Oak cube and stainless steel tanks from 1.5 ton up to 6 tons.
Aging  - Monastrell and Syrah: 500L barrels. - Carignan: 18 hL foudre. - Grenache: 17 hL concret eggs. All wines are aged separated for 12 months and after this process they are blended in a Foudre for other 6 months before bottling.
