||This vineyard is located on a slope facing South West, and grows on a soil based on clay with quartz in its first 40 centimeters of surface. Underneath, it is mounted on a granite matrix, which gives its mineral stamp to this wine.
|Vinification and fermentation
||Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (10-12ºC). 20% of the fermentation takes place with their skins in French oak barrels.
